Before Booking
+ What is Shanghai Hotel Massage?
Shanghai hotel massage means we travel to your hotel room to provide services. We are outcall only.
+ Do You have a massage place in Shanghai?
Unfortunately, we do not provide any place, which is not in line with the purpose of our founding.
+ Can I share a service with friends?
No, you can’t share it in a singel session. If you want to book a massage with a friend or partner, you can do that through us or request two therapists when you book. You can have either the same treatment or select different ones. If you don’t have space for two massage tables you can book two sessions with the same therapist back-to-back.
Booking
+ What info do I need to provide to S.H.M?
First of all, you have already checked into the hotel. Then let us know your hotel telephone number, room number, your full name, and mobile phone number.
Some hotels have the same name, but the telephone number is unique. This will help us find your location faster.
+ Why do you need my name & room number?
In order for the therapists to visit your room, we need to have the first and last name of the person check in the hotel, as well as the correct room number. Otherwise, sometimes hotel will refuse visitors.
Actually, we don’t care who you are. Even if you are a celebrity, we are not interested. We only care about whether the appointment can proceed smoothly. We also do not care about anything unrelated to our business, please understand.
+ Is there a minimum?
We require a 1-hour minimum in Shanghai, and a 2-hour minimum everywhere else, to have therapists travel to your location.
+ What if I need to add or decrease hours?
You can typically extend your massage time if our therapist is available to stay longer at your event. To decrease or cancel our services, see our corporate massage policies to make sure you give us enough notice.
+ Can I choose a therapist?
Our work is busy, and bookings always come suddenly. It’s impossible to wait there doing nothing for one person. We will match you with the highest quality massage therapist available at the time specified. You have the option to choose a male or female therapist if you have a preference, but are not able to select the exact therapist that you’d like.
Arrive
+ How long will it take to arrive?
After you provide the information we need, we can be at your hotel in around 30 minutes. It can take about 40 minutes or a little longer during peak times.
Some hotels are located far from the downtown and take an hour or more.
+ Do I need to go downstairs to pick up？
Usually, you need to pick up the therapist because the hotel requies cards to come up elevator.
The therapist will contact you upon arrival. Determine where to meet based on hotel conditions, such as lobby or elevator.
+ Can I send the therapist back to if I do not like she?
Yes, but only before service and you must pay a round taxi fee (about RMB 100 to 200). Actually, doing this will waste our time and your money, so you’d better make sure that you want to make an appointment.
+ Can your therapists go to my hotel at midnight?
Yes, but you must tell us your room number, full name and nationality. Some Five-star hotels will ask you to come down to the lobby to pick up the therapist. It really depends.
Payment
+ How much does a massage cost?
Our cost for mobile massage for events ranges from CNY800-CNY1000 per hour, per therapist. Massage can be increased in half an hour after the first hour, depending on the duration of an event. Taxi fees are paid by distance, it is usually about CNY100 if your hotel is downtown.
+ Do you accept cards?
You may pay in cash, or with Alipay or WeChat Pay. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept foreign credit cards at the moment. Please make sure you make the payment before we start the session.
+ Can I pay by foreign currency?
Yes, You can pay RMB(CNY), USD(U.S. dollar), EUR(Euro), GBP(Great Britain Pound), HKD(Hong Kong dollar), etc.
+ How much should I tip?
Tips are always appreciated and you can negotiate with your provider to ensure you get all the desired services.

+ Can you protect my privacy?
We completely understand your concern on this point, and we guarantee your privacy.
